Holoso built the Art Mate: what to draw? app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Holoso at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. If you do not wish us to collect and use your data in the way described in this Privacy Policy, you should stop using our application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information that we collect:
We use Crashlytics service in our applications. Please refer to their Privacy Policy.
We use Firebase analytics in our applications. Please refer to this page.
We use AdMob advertising service in our applications. Please refer also to this page for additional information.
The app downloads Challenges, Prompts of the Day and Picked Arts from our server, and their images from the websites that host them. Like any website, these servers see your IP address.
We do not automatically collect any personal information.
We do not share user data with other companies and organizations, apart from the Google services named above.
Sketches you add with the camera or from your photos stay on your device, and so do your Favorites and Reminders. Photos you take with the camera are also saved to an Art Mate album in your photo library. Reminders are set by your device itself. We never receive any of this.
Backup keeps a copy of your sketches and Favorites in your own cloud storage, so you don't lose them if you change or lose your phone. It stays off until you turn it on. The copy belongs to you: it is never sent to us, and we cannot see it.
On iPhone and iPad, the copy is kept in the app's own space in your iCloud, under your Apple ID. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to it.
On Android, the copy is kept in your Google Drive, in a hidden folder only Art Mate can reach. The app cannot see any other files there. It keeps only your Google account's email address, on your device, to show which account Backup uses, and it never uses your Backup or email for ads or analytics, or lets anyone read them. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to it.
Art Mate's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting the app deletes everything it keeps on your device and stops all data collection. Photos in your photo library stay there.
Turning Backup off stops new copies. The copy already in your cloud stays until you delete it:
Google keeps the analytics and crash data described above for a limited time and then deletes it, as explained in Privacy and Security in Firebase. This data is not linked to your name or email address, so we cannot look it up for one person.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone and iPad, the app asks before tracking you, and you can change your answer in Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
