What This Is

These terms apply to the Art Mate: what to draw? mobile app, published by Holoso. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

How we handle data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Featuring Your Instagram Work

Art Mate includes a gallery called Picked Arts, where we feature artwork we select from Instagram.

• Publicly posting your artwork on Instagram with the hashtag #art_mate_gallery or #art_mate_challenge, or tagging @art_mate_space, is an offer to have that post featured in the gallery.
• By doing so you confirm that the artwork is yours, or that you have the right to share it.
• You give us permission to display that post and your Instagram handle in the app, with attribution to you. You keep all rights in your artwork.
• We choose what to feature at our own discretion, and are never obliged to feature anything.
• You can have your work removed at any time. Email us at holoso.team@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

We will never feature artwork that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes anyone else's rights. Every work in Picked Arts is reviewed by us before it appears. Anyone who posts such content, or who behaves abusively, is permanently excluded from being featured.

Reporting Content

Open any work in Picked Arts and use the menu in the top corner to report it.

Reporting a work hides it from your feed straight away, and opens an email so you can tell us what is wrong. We review every report and permanently remove anything that breaks the section above, along with excluding whoever posted it.
